Has my order shipped?
When your order ships, you will receive an email from us containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder. If you pay with PayPal, you will also receive an email from them containing your tracking information. If you receive a tracking number, your order HAS shipped! Just because the tracking only shows "Label Created" does not mean we have not actually delivered your package to the post office. We do not control the Post Office or when they decide to update tracking. Please understand that there is no reason to contact us asking if your order has shipped if you have received tracking information. If you have any other questions or concerns about shipping, please scroll down and use the Contact Us form.
