BEEF TUBES / BEEF JERKY EVENT SPONSORSHIP​

Beef Tubes, unlike many other manufacturers in the hobby, believes in supporting those that support us. We sponsor many events yearly by providing promotional items such as banners, shirts, stickers, and actual products.

Before you request event sponsorship from Beef Tubes / Beef Jerky, you must ensure that your event meets all of the Beef Tubes / Beef Jerky event standards as listed below. ​

We ask that you request your event sponsorship at least three months in advance to allow us ample time to review the request and if approved, provide you with with the donation items.

BEEF TUBES / BEEF JERKY EVENT REQUIREMENTS

All events supported by Beef Tubes / Beef Jerky must take place in a fun, family oriented enviroment and also be kid freindly. The kids are the future of this hobby and must be included!

1. Family oriented, kid friendly, fun event - NO EXCEPTIONS!
2. No drugs and/or alcohol allowed.
3. Event must have a centralized location to publicly display a Beef Tubes / Beef Jerky banner.
4. Event must be promoted via social media outlets (i.e. Facebook, RCC, etc.) and links to such pages be provided to us.
5. Event coordinator(s) MUST provide us with an update of the event, including, but not limited to the following:

• Activities held at the event
• Number of participants
• Photos of the event including prize winners (within two weeks of last day of event)
